Terms of use
Last updated: 28 October 2026
1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of the FlipRadar service, published by Bryan Brumaud (Entrepreneur individuel (French sole trader, micro-enterprise scheme)), which helps resellers identify products, estimate their resale price, look at available price data and calculate a potential margin.
2. Account
Signing up requires a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity carried out from your account. The service is reserved for adults.
3. Nature of the information provided
- AI identifications are suggestions that may be wrong; it is up to you to check them.
- Price estimates are a guide only, based solely on the data available, and guarantee neither a selling price nor a time to sell.
- The resale prices suggested by the AI for Vinted, Leboncoin or eBay are estimates for the French market, drawn from the results of an internet search (whose sources are shown) and from its general knowledge of the market; they are not prices collected by FlipRadar on those platforms. The maximum purchase price and verdict shown are derived from them.
- Platform fees are entered by you; FlipRadar does not guarantee their accuracy.
- The calculations do not include the tax or social contributions that apply to your situation.
Your buying and selling decisions remain your sole responsibility.
4. Acceptable use
You may not get around the quotas or security measures, automate access to the service, upload unlawful content or photos of people without their consent, or use the service for counterfeit or illegal products.
5. User content
You remain the owner of your photos and data. You grant FlipRadar the right to process them only to provide the service (storage, the analysis you request, display in your account).
6. Availability
FlipRadar strives to keep the service available, without any guarantee of continuity. Some features depend on third-party services (AI, market data APIs) that may be unavailable; manual entry then remains possible.
7. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the settings. The publisher may suspend an account in the event of a serious breach of these terms, after notice except in an emergency.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher cannot be held liable for a loss of opportunity, a loss of earnings or a business decision made on the basis of the estimates. [clause to be legally validated]
9. Governing law
French law. Failing an amicable solution, the courts with jurisdiction over the publisher's place of residence have jurisdiction, subject to the rules that protect consumers.
